Opportunity: Consultancy — Community Monetisation Strategy & Sales

RevUP Caribbean is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced consultants or firms to support the growth of its membership community and strengthen long-term organisational sustainability.

The Context
RevUP has supported the development of 121 founders across the Caribbean. In October 2025, we launched the RevUP Founders’ Growth & Support Network, a subscription-based community platform with four membership tiers designed to deliver ongoing value to alumni while generating earned income as part of our sustainability strategy. We are now seeking dedicated expertise to maximise the platform’s reach, engagement, and revenue potential.

The Assignment
This consultancy, funded by the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ), has a total value of USD 25,000 and will run from May to October 2026, structured across three phases.

Phase 1 (May to June) focuses on primary research across our alumni base, including surveys, in-depth interviews, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking. The objective is to define clear value propositions, pricing models, and messaging tailored to each alumni segment.

Phase 2 (June to September) involves refining the overall strategy and developing a comprehensive Marketing and Sales Plan, a 3-year revenue roadmap, and a Member Content Library. This will include email sequences, social media toolkits, and webinar guides designed to serve as long-term organisational assets.

Phase 3 (September to October) is centred on execution through targeted outreach campaigns, community webinars, direct alumni engagement, and bi-weekly pipeline reviews. The engagement includes a clear revenue target of USD 15,000 in paid subscriptions by 31 October 2026.

This is a delivery-focused engagement. The selected consultant or firm will be responsible for leading research, building strategy, and executing sales activities.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, marketing strategy, or entrepreneurship support
Proven experience with subscription models, membership organisations, or digital community monetisation
Strong primary research capability, including surveys, interviews, and segmentation
Hands-on sales and pipeline management experience
Demonstrated ability to create content such as email campaigns, social media assets, and event guides
Experience working within the Caribbean entrepreneurship ecosystem

Preferred but not required includes experience with incubators or accelerators, familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem, and an established Caribbean network.
